Notarization Rules and Process:

  • Every signer must physically appear and present acceptable ID at the time of notarization.

  • Translation is not allowed during the notarization. The Notary must be able to communicate directly with the signer in the language (i.e. English) which both the Notary and signer can understand.

  • Original documents must be presented for all Copy certification.

  • A minimum $30 travel fee will be charged for failure to notarize due to signer not presenting acceptable forms of ID and documents and in the event, the signer is in an impaired state and unable to complete the execution of his/her signature.

General Mobile Fee: Weekdays, Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM
Fees start at $35 including travel fee (Maximum 1-2 page documents, notarization that do not require a witness signature(s), bill of sale, permissions, personals agreement, etc.). Mileage rates apply within 10 miles of 30043; additional rates will apply for after hours, weekend, holidays and outside the coverage area.

Rehab Centers, Hospitals, Healthcare Providers, Nursing Home, Assisted Living Communities, Hospice: Fees start at $60 for M-F scheduled between the hours of 8 AM - 6 PM (Additional fees for after hours or weekend.) ​Fees applies to the notarization of any Medical Records, Affidavits, Living Will, Medical Forms, etc. ​

Title Companies, Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Companies, Mortgage Company Agents:  $150 for M-F appointments, scheduled between the hours of 8 AM - 6 PM plus any additional any costs associated with courier service. 

Loan Documents (excluding Closings): Fees start at $75 for M-F appointments Fee applies to the notarization of Signature Affidavit, Occupancy Affidavit, Deed of Trust, Grant Deeds, Quitclaim Deeds, Warranty Deeds, Power of Attorney, etc. (Additional fees for after hours or weekend and any courier services.)
